Limitations and license

This free demo version has only one constraint compared to the licensed version: 15 phones can be monitored and controlled simultaneously for max. 30 minutes. Then, the application quits with an appropriate notification.

For every user controlled by COC Express a license is needed. These are offered as so-called license packages according to the actual price list of CTModule.

Apart from the desired amount of licenses, there are two ways to license COC Express:

• licensing of every single user seat, COC Express is licensed for one single work place 
• licensing of COC Express for an unlimited number of seats (so-called "Site License", only in combination with COC Express Proxy, only one Cisco® UCME/UC500)

For an order we need the following data from you at support@ctmodule.com:

• the contact person's data for your company
• the start code of your COC Express (this can be found in COC Express settings, in field "start code" on tab "license")
• the number of monitored users
• single or site license
• the delivery time
