Callisto is the pivotal communication point in any enterprise. Starting from a basic system, Callisto can be extended with different, powerful modules via license keys. Additionally, any feature set extension can be realised on request at any time, due to the flexibility underlying the CTMaker development platform.
Today, Callisto contains the following optional modules:
- Voicemail service (voicemail system; administrate, receive and listen to voicemails)
- Fax service (fax server; administrate, send and receive faxes)
- Virtual conference room (meeting point for telephony meetings, conference live view via web)
- Open Inbound Manager (interface for tailored customer applications)
- Mobile solution office (mobile parties can operate calls, make brokers calls, and initiate 3-party conferences)
- COC Express (Callisto operator console for Cisco Unified Communciations Manager Express and Cisco Unified 500 series)
Note: COC Express is also available as a stand-alone product.
