Callisto - The smart value added solution for PABX systems

Easy, fast, complete communications

Callisto provides all features to facilitate modern corporate communications. These can easily be configured via web browser or via telephone access.

The features are:

Voicemail service:

Call answering during absence; incoming call notification via text SMS or e-mail (adjustable); individual messages for incoming calls where callers can choose via their keypad (DTMF) the destination such as secretary, your cell phone, or your messaging service (auto attendant); usage and operation of the auto attendant via web interface; listening to voice box messages via phone, e-mail attachment, or web

Directory service:
Central service; individual web access and access via display, e.g. at the larger Cisco IP phones; add, delete, modify contacts; select by clicking on the appropriate number
Push Messaging service:
Send text messages (SMS) to a single or to multiple users via XML to Cisco IP phone displays
Text message (SMS) service:
Send short messages to single or multiple users via SMS to their cell phones
Phone-Service:
Monitor and speed dial buttons configuation, setting of Single Number Reach (SNR), management of Cisco® Phone Services, copy&paste dialing
Music-on-hold-service:
Music or voice messages during waiting times; manage file archives and new titles via web interface
Reporting service:
All statistical data for call detail record analysis: detailed information about caller number, called number, call time and duration, extended filters for individual data analysis; data export via export manager as Microsoft® Excel® file (xls) or Microsoft® Access® database (mdb). 

Remote configuration service:
Call forward 'immediate', 'on busy', or 'on no answer' to any arbitrary target (phone number or voicemail system) configuration via web interface or via remote access
Administration and configuration service:
Web-based administration; additional settings of Cisco® Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco® Unified 500 Series, respectively; five languages included (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish)

Startup-Scripts:
Web interface for individual startup scripts; CTMaker® scripts which handle time-dependent controlling functions during system start (scheduling service)
Fax service (optional):
Send and receive faxes; individual fax boxes; direct access via web (view and print) and incoming faxes as e-mail attachments delivered to individual mailboxes (Tagged Image File Format - TIFF); send  TIFF fax messages to any fax numbers 
Virtual conference service (optional):
Multiple parties (internal/external); admission control with password protection; conference number input as administrator or user; invitation of further parties
Open inbound manager (optional):
Create own schema for receiving and forwarding incoming calls; design, simulation, and debugging with the free CTMaker® development system by CTModule; easy installation of individual applications on Callisto (examples: alarm system, baby monitor solution, time- and skill-based call center solutions, professional waiting queue, and many more); an OIM application can, besides a CTMaker®  OIM script, also contain a web application, which regular users can configure and control, provided they have the appropriate rights
Mobile connect service (optional):
Call forwarding to mobile parties. Mobile users can be reached just like internal users. They can redirect calls back to internal phones, put the call on hold, or initiate a three-party-conference.
COC Express (optional or stand-alone):
Cisco® Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco® Unifed 500 Series operator console; operator calls; view of all phones' states; multi-line/multi-call handling; hold, unhold, transfer, blind transfer, conference, telephone note; call operation via 'drag&drop'; smart, software-based usage functions; incoming call and on-hold call pickup; remote phone control for forwarding/DND; incoming call popup with Microsoft® Outlook® contact synchronisation incl. contact images; easy setup, intuitive user interface, support of touch screens; reporting entries in  Microsoft® Outlook®; click-to-dial of Microsoft® Outlook® contacts; presence information setup and viewing; security features, password-protected configuration.
